How do I contact my clinician (doctor, prescriber)?

You can contact your clinician via the Your Doctor chat feature in the Noom app, similar to how you send messages in this chat. You should see the option for your Care Team chat in the same location in your app as this chat. 

What haven’t I heard back from my clinician (doctor, prescriber) yet?

Our Clinical team is hard at work to make sure each patient is given the care and attention they deserve! It’s important to remember that while this feature looks like an instant message, these messages are more like emails and you’ll typically hear back from a clinician within 36 hours. If you haven’t heard from a clinician in more than 36 hours, please let us know.
