Where is my lab order?
Your lab order was sent as a PDF by your doctor during your initial interaction and can be found in your clinician chat in the Noom app. If you’ve had a few interactions with the clinician, you may need to scroll back to find it. If you’re unable to find the lab order, please reach out to your doctor via the clinician chat in the Noom app and they’ll be able to assist you.
Where can I get labs done?
You can complete your labs at any Quest or Labcorp location at no cost to you, as well as any independent lab of your choice. When choosing a lab location, make sure to verify that the location offers routine lab work services as some locations only offer specific types of testing (ex: employee drug screenings). Please note that if you choose an independent lab, you’ll need to use your insurance and may incur additional out-of-pocket costs.
Where are my lab results?
Your doctor will review your lab results with you via the clinician chat in the Noom app. If you’d like your own copy of your lab results, you can access them using the online portal of the lab company where you completed your lab work (Quest or Labcorp). Please note that you’ll need to create an account on their website before accessing your lab results. If you use an independent lab, please contact them for information on how to access your results.
