How do I access my Noom program/trial?

Redeeming your UPID is easy if you recently purchased a program on the web, received a UPID through your employer or insurance program, or already have a Noom account.

If you already have the Noom app installed and it’s in a free state (you’re not connected to a coach or group and aren’t seeing any Noom articles), follow these steps:

  1. Tap the sandwich menu icon in the top left corner of the screen
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Activate your Unique Program ID
  4. Enter your Unique Program ID
  5. Once you enter your UPID, you should be set to start your program

If you signed up for a trial on the web but haven’t installed Noom yet, you can follow the instructions in this FAQ.

Forgot your UPID? It would’ve been sent to the email address you used to sign up for Noom. Please check your inbox, promotions, and spam folders for an email titled ‘Here’s your Noom Unique Program ID’ to locate the UPID you need to activate the paid/trial program in your Noom account.
