Settlement Inquiries

Noom has agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit centered on Noom’s subscription and auto-renewal practices. We’re glad to have resolved the matter and look forward to focusing our attention and efforts on delivering services that increasingly benefit Noomers and empower them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

The Noom Support Team doesn’t have access to information related to inclusion in and eligibility for the settlement. The Court will authorize notice of the settlement to be sent to the class. Class participants can expect to hear by mail or email approximately 2 months after the settlement is approved.
