What should I do if I can’t use Noom for a period of time?

We completely understand that sometimes you need to take a break from Noom, whether you just got married, gave birth, or simply need to take some time off.

Just let your coach know that you’ll be out for a certain period of time so they can stay in the loop with where you’re at.

We’re unable to pause your subscription, but your coach will be happy to help you catch up when you return!
