Prior authorization speed varies based on your individual insurance plan and can take up to 14 days. However, most patients typically receive a decision sooner. Our Care Team will be happy to give you an update via your Care Team in-app chat! 

What is the status of my appeal?

For the most up-to-date status on your appeal, please reach out to your Care Team via your Care Team in-app chat and they’ll be happy to assist you!

How long does it take to receive a decision about my appeal?

Appeals can take up to 90 days to be reviewed and for a determination to be made. The Care Team can help you if your appeal is denied, delayed, or has any other issues. Alternatively, you can ask to be connected to a clinician if you’d like to discuss updating your treatment plan with a different medication.
