How do I receive my meal and workout plans?

When you purchase your Premium Bundle of meal and workout guides, you’ll be provided with a quick online consultation in order to tailor the guides to your preferences.

Once you complete the consultation and we note your preferences, we’ll email you your guides within two business days. Keep in mind that the guides won’t appear in the Noom app, so please make sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the email if you aren’t seeing it in your main inbox.
