To edit an exercise:
- Open Noom and select the day you logged the exercise you want to edit from the schedule at the top of your home screen.
- Tap the exercise you need to edit.
- Edit any of the following: exercise type, duration, intensity, and calories burned.
- Tap Update.
To delete an exercise:
- Open Noom and select the day you logged the exercise you want to edit or delete from the schedule at the top of your home screen.
- Tap the exercise you need to delete.
- Tap Delete.
- Tap Yes on the pop-up menu when you’re asked if you want to delete the workout.
