We believe that we’re offering the fairest way of setting the trial price; you pick one that you’re comfortable with and see if Noom is a good fit.

If your Noom trial experience was underwhelming or you encountered issues that interfered with the full Noom experience, please reach out to our Support Specialists to request a refund.

We understand that life happens — and sometimes it’s just not the right time to start a program like Noom. To request a refund, please reach out to Noom Support by tapping the chat button at the bottom-right corner of the screen, or send us a message via our contact form.

NOT SURE ABOUT YOUR CHARGES?

If you’d like to get more information about your plan and charges, you can easily do so in your Subscription Portal. Just make sure to log in with the same credentials you used to create your account.

Can’t remember your password? You can easily reset it here.

Once you log into your Subscription Portal, you’ll be able to view your current plan and change it if you’d like. You can find more information about your charges here.

Please keep in mind:

Uninstalling the Noom app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you need to cancel your account.
